📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using System Insight Pro (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

YasiruIND Developers grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Software for lawful purposes on systems you own or have explicit permission to manage.

• ✔ You may install and use the Software on any number of machines you control.
• ✔ You may modify the Software for personal use.
• ✖ You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software.
• ✖ You may not use the Software for malicious or unlawful purposes.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

System Insight Pro collects system diagnostic data locally to provide real‑time monitoring and reporting. This includes:

• Hardware information (CPU, RAM, GPU, disk, motherboard, BIOS)
• Running processes, services, and startup programs
• Network configuration and active connections
• Event logs and system performance metrics

4. Telegram Integration

The Software offers optional Telegram integration for remote monitoring and administrative actions. By enabling this feature:

• You explicitly consent to sending system status messages to your configured Telegram chat.
• Administrative actions (e.g., process termination) are never executed automatically without your explicit approval.
• Your Telegram credentials are encrypted locally using Windows DPAPI.
• You may disable Telegram integration at any time via the Settings page.

5. Administrative Actions

The Software includes an “Admin Actions” module that allows you to:

• Terminate running processes
• Start or stop Windows services
• Clear temporary files
• Flush DNS cache
• Trigger Windows Update checks

You are solely responsible for the consequences of any administrative action you perform through the Software. YasiruIND Developers assume no liability for system instability, data loss, or other outcomes arising from these actions.

6. No Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YasiruIND Developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

9. Changes to Terms

YasiruIND Developers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
